July 2nd.
The tops of the two entertainment cabinets are drying in the
corner. It’s very basic. It’s 5/16” thick cabinetry grade plywood,
with a 2” wide solid wood banding biscuited together all around. So while that dries…
It’s time to start work on the legs of the entertainment
cabinet. I built the above jig to allow
me to shave the legs down at a taper, and not kill myself or my family. It worked exceedingly well. I made short work of the 12 legs
required. Building and testing the jog
took more time than cutting the legs.
